Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Honey Pandya.

Processing & Shipping

At Honey Pandya, we aim to deliver a smooth, transparent, and customer-friendly shipping experience.

All orders are processed within 3–4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date you receive your order confirmation email. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.

You will receive another email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are charged only when your order is dispatched.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over 100 CAD.
Orders below this amount will have a standard shipping fee applied.

Delays

We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible; however, there may be occasional delays due to high order volume or postal service issues that are outside of our control.

Checking Your Order Status

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you have not received your order within 10 days after your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at honeypandyacanada@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Honey Pandya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please ensure that your shipping address and email are entered correctly at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
